About the job

Fiducial is looking for a Junior Information Security Officer to join their team in Delft. In this role, you will support and eventually take ownership of the ABDO/ABRO compliance trajectory, while helping to build out the information security management system using ISO 27001 principles. This hybrid position offers real ownership and growth potential within an international team.

What you will do

Support and eventually own ABDO/ABRO compliance trajectory
Build out information security management system using ISO 27001 principles
Run and maintain risk assessments, access control policies, and classification of sensitive information
Coordinate personnel security requirements with HR and management
Act as internal point of contact for security questions from engineering, HR, and management
Stay up to date on regulatory developments and flag implications for the business

What you bring

Relevant educational background or demonstrable interest in information security
Understanding of core information security principles
Willingness to build up ABDO/ABRO-specific knowledge on the job
Precise, structured way of working
Discretion and integrity
Good communication skills in Dutch and English

Nice to have

Familiarity with ISO 27001
Prior defence-sector security clearance experience
Entry-level certification such as ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
Willingness to pursue CISM/CISSP
