Quantware is seeking an RF Test Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Delft. In this role, you will plan and execute RF and DC test campaigns for VIO devices and test vehicles, working closely with an interdisciplinary R&D team. You will also lead initiatives to improve test repeatability and measurement standards.

  • Plan and execute RF and DC test campaigns for VIO devices and test vehicles
  • Bring up, install, operate, and maintain room-temperature and cryogenic measurement setups
  • Diagnose test failures and trace root causes
  • Document setups and track process parameters across R&D cycles
  • Work with interdisciplinary R&D team to align test efforts with development priorities
  • Lead initiatives to improve test repeatability, measurement standards, and validation scalability

Wat je meebrengt

  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, applied physics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in test, validation, or characterization of deep-tech or low-volume hardware
  • Hands-on experience with RF and/or DC measurement and test methods and instrumentation such as VNAs and SMUs
  • Direct experience with high-density interconnects, switching matrices, and evaluating RF link budgets
  • Proficiency in Python and data analysis and visualization for experiments
