B&S International is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the Dolce & Gabbana fragrance business in Benelux. In this hybrid role based in Dordrecht, you will manage strategic retail accounts and drive commercial growth. You will work with prestigious brands in an international beauty organization.

Develop and execute strategic account plans for key retailers in Benelux
Build and maintain relationships with retail partner stakeholders
Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and promotions
Analyze market developments and competitor activity

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of Key Account Management experience in fragrance, beauty, or premium consumer goods
Native-level Dutch and fluent English
Proven track record managing strategic retail accounts
Strong understanding of Benelux retail dynamics and fragrance market
Willingness to travel regularly within Benelux and live within 50 km of Dordrecht
