B&S International is looking for a Regional Account Manager to drive growth in Northwest Europe. In this hybrid role based in Dordrecht, you will develop and execute commercial strategies while building strong relationships with customers and distributors across the region.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial negotiations
Travel regularly within the region to strengthen customer relationships and monitor market developments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth

Wat je meebrengt

Successful track record in sales, account management, or business development in international B2B environment
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong interest in Northwest European markets and cultures
Ability to build long-term business relationships and lead commercial negotiations
Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to travel internationally
