- Coach, guide and motivate team members and line leads
- Create daily workforce planning based on volumes and staffing
- Monitor KPIs such as productivity and quality
- Identify bottlenecks and act quickly when needed
- Contribute to process improvements during implementation phase
Wat je meebrengt
- MBO level of education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in logistics
- Fluent in English
- Strong coordination skills and ability to maintain overview
- Ambition to grow and take on more responsibility
