Fortanix is looking for an HR Lead to manage HR operations for the Netherlands and EMEA, based in Eindhoven. This role handles payroll, benefits, employee relations, and office operations in a hybrid work setting.
Wat ga je doen
- Manage HR operations for Netherlands and EMEA employees
- Handle Dutch payroll, pension, benefits, and absence administration
- Maintain HRIS data and employee records
- Serve as first point of contact for HR questions and employee relations
- Coordinate EOR providers and employees across EMEA
- Lead employee engagement and office operations in Eindhoven
Wat je meebrengt
- 5+ years of HR operations or generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Dutch HR operations and payroll
- Experience managing EOR employees across multiple countries
- Based in Netherlands or Belgium, able to work from Eindhoven office 4 days per week
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
