KRUSH Labs B.V. is looking for a Lead NPI Engineer to set up and manage new product introduction processes at their production site in Eindhoven. You will develop manufacturing processes, review designs for optimization, and lead quality initiatives. This role offers the chance to work with top talent and bring your own concepts to life.

Set up NPI processes at the production site
Develop and validate manufacturing processes and procedures
Review product designs for manufacturing optimization
Manage project timelines through development phases
Lead quality tools like Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
Coordinate production tools, jigs, fixtures, and test equipment

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
Experience setting up NPI processes from scratch
5+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
Strong root-cause analysis skills
Excellent leadership and project coordination abilities
