About the job

Pearl Abyss Europe is looking for a Spanish-speaking Live-Service Game Master to join their team in Amstelveen. In this role, you will support daily operations, manage live events, and engage with the gaming community.

What you will do

Execute daily operational workflows using internal administration tools
Assist with server maintenance, patch deployments, and content updates
Track live-service performance and gather player feedback
Manage real-time game incidents and draft public notices
Design and schedule weekly and monthly in-game events
Investigate and escalate bugs, exploits, and technical issues

What you bring

Native or bilingual fluency in Spanish
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical industry experience
Extensive gameplay experience and deep knowledge of MMORPGs
Familiarity with live-service online game technical architecture and workflows
Proven track record of direct interaction with online gaming communities
Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours during critical launch windows or incidents

Nice to have

Avid Black Desert Online player with deep understanding of its mechanics and community
Profound passion for video games and understanding of current industry trends
Mastery of collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence
