BDO is looking for a senior manager to lead their Pillar Two team in Amstelveen. In this hybrid role, you will take charge of complex engagements for multinational clients while coaching junior colleagues and strengthening the team's market presence.

What you will do

Lead complex Pillar Two engagements for multinational clients
Coach and support junior colleagues
Ensure quality of Pillar Two calculations and deliverables
Lead client calls, meetings and presentations
Act as primary contact for auditors
Strengthen team's external market footprint through relationship building and thought leadership

What you bring

Experience managing Pillar Two projects
Strong knowledge of Pillar Two rules
Legal analysis and drafting skills
Understanding of tax accounting concepts
Hands-on and analytical mindset
Minimum 6 years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) in international tax, transfer pricing or tax accounting

Nice to have

Experience with vendor Pillar Two solutions
Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP or local GAAPs related to Pillar Two
Experience within Dutch or comparable professional environment
