In this role, you will drive logistics performance and collaboration across European markets, leading forums and projects that create impact. What you will do

Lead the monthly Logistics United forum to review performance and share best practices across European markets
Connect logistics teams across markets in Europe to build collaboration and shared problem solving
Identify improvement opportunities across markets and translate them into structured actions and projects
Lead cross-market and complex logistics projects from opportunity identification through execution
Drive the regional sustainability agenda within logistics, turning ambition into practical actions
Manage the relationship with the pallet consultancy, ensuring effective partnership and value delivery

What you bring

3-4 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational excellence roles
Strong logistics BU experience with understanding of market-level logistics realities
Experience working across functions, teams, and geographies in a matrix environment
Ability to lead forums and discussions that create alignment and action
Experience driving improvement initiatives or projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
