What you will do

  • Own brand video content for social and website
  • Develop concepts for short-form video and carousels
  • Spot trends and turn them into platform-specific formats
  • Shoot on location solo with camera, audio, and lighting
  • Edit short-form video with hooks, retention, color grading, sound design
  • Deliver photography alongside shoots

What you bring

  • Strong short-form editor with hooks, retention editing, color grading, sound design
  • Proficient in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
  • Confident shooting solo on full-frame mirrorless camera
  • Able to develop concepts from brand strategy
  • Comfortable directing non-professional subjects in real workplaces
  • Photography skills with brand-standard selects

Nice to have

  • Motion graphics
  • Understanding of paid ad creative requirements
  • Experience with hardware, B2B, or filming in live workplaces
  • Knowledge of AI tools like Higgsfield or Weavy
