About the job
OMRT is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead complex real estate projects in Amsterdam. In this role, you will bridge technical details with commercial strategy, advising developers and investment managers while managing senior client relationships.
What you will do
- Lead complex projects from kickoff to final evaluation
- Translate technical parameters into client language of margin and risk
- Advise developers and investment managers on strategic use of technology
- Identify opportunities to expand project scope based on client needs
- Implement lean project management methodology with team leads
- Serve as primary commercial counterpart for senior clients
What you bring
- Significant experience in real estate development or consultancy
- Proven ability to deliver what the client really values
- Deep experience in Dutch real estate and construction industry
- Experience in a growing, fast-paced company
- Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Native Dutch and fluent English proficiency
