What you will do

Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and design solutions
Prepare and validate data for analysis
Design and automate interactive dashboards and reports
Conduct statistical analysis and exploratory data investigations
Translate technical findings into clear presentations
Support business development and represent Sia at events

What you bring

Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
0–3 years of experience in data analytics or consulting
Fluency in Dutch and English
Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
Experience communicating complex ideas to varied audiences
Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis

Nice to have

German language skills
Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
