About the job
Metyis AG is looking for a Data Engineering Associate to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will engineer complete technical solutions for business challenges and support clients in executing Big Data strategies.
What you will do
- Engineer complete technical solutions for business challenges
- Collect functional and non-functional requirements
- Support clients in executing Big Data strategies
- Collaborate with partners, consultants, and data scientists
- Share data engineering knowledge through training
- Guide and mentor team members
What you bring
- 3-4 years of experience in data analytics
- Understanding of data warehousing principles
- Advanced SQL, data transformation, and profiling skills
- Experience building production ETL/ELT pipelines
- 1-2 years hands-on experience with Azure services
- Experience with Airflow and Kubernetes
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of PowerBI
- Master's Degree in related technical discipline
