Winthrop Technologies is looking for an Electrical Construction Manager to oversee electrical installations on a project in Amsterdam. This role involves managing all aspects of construction planning, coordination, and quality control.
What you will do
- Developing a detailed construction plan with scheduling and resource allocation
- Coordinating equipment acquisition to meet project specifications and quality standards
- Managing contractors and subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance
- Implementing quality control measures for equipment installation
- Monitoring project costs and staying within budget
- Overseeing project timelines to avoid delays
What you bring
- Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years experience in a similar role within an M&E contractor
- Previous management of large site teams
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS programs
Nice to have
- Data Centre experience
