JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS is looking for an FP&A Manager Europe & Global Sales to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own the regional budget and forecast, coordinate monthly performance reviews, and act as a strategic finance partner to the Finance Director Europe and leadership teams.

What you will do

Own regional budget, forecast, risks, opportunities, scenario-modelling and long-range planning
Coordinate monthly regional performance review and deliver management reporting
Maintain integrated view of regional performance analyzing revenue, volume, margins, costs, cash flow
Act as strategic finance partner to Finance Director Europe and leadership teams
Collaborate with Accounting, Commercial Finance, Operations, Treasury, Tax and other functions
Lead regional FP&A agenda by standardising processes, strengthening data quality and accelerating automation

What you bring

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
Significant progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering in large multinational
Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes
Proven ability to lead cross-market planning and influence senior stakeholders across countries and cultures
Advanced financial-modelling and analytical capabilities with experience in modern finance systems and digital tools
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Recognised professional finance qualification or relevant postgraduate degree
