Infosys Consulting in Amsterdam is looking for an HR Transformation & HR Cloud Advisory Consultant to lead end-to-end HCM cloud transformation projects for global organizations. The role focuses on guiding clients through digital HR change, leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM expertise and strategic advisory skills.

What you will do

  • Deliver end-to-end HCM cloud transformation projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align with strategic goals
  • Provide expert guidance on HCM cloud capabilities and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes
  • Manage large cloud HCM transformations for global organizations
  • Facilitate HR workshops and create presentations with recommendations

What you bring

  • Proven track record in delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes (5-6 years for senior consultants, 8-10 years for principals)
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation principles
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Knowledge of HR modules like Core HR, Performance Management, Talent Development, Recruiting, Learning, etc
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in agile and waterfall delivery methodologies

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications in HCM platforms
  • Practical knowledge of AI, GenAI and automation tools
  • Expertise in managing complex multi-regional projects
