About the job
We Are Social is looking for an intern to join their social media team in Amsterdam. You'll support community management and content planning for global brands. This full-time paid internship offers hands-on experience in social media strategy and execution.
What you will do
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social platforms
- Identify opportunities for clients to join trending conversations
- Support reactive and proactive community management with tools like Sprinklr
- Tag and categorize conversations and content accurately
- Flag and route customer service comments to appropriate teams
- Assist with content planning, posting, and scheduling
What you bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in communications, media, marketing, or related field
- Available for full-time paid internship for at least 5 months
- Passionate about social media and internet culture
- Keen interest in social media platforms, trends, and creators
- Sharp instinct for tone of voice and brand authenticity
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Dutch (C1/C2)

- Basic knowledge of social media management, listening, or publishing tools
