Motopp in Amsterdam offers a 27-week IT traineeship for refugees with a Dutch residence permit. The program combines technical training, soft skills workshops, and a simulated Agile work environment to prepare you for an IT career.
What you will do
- Attend technical IT skills training
- Learn Dutch work culture and soft skills
- Participate in workshops on presenting, assertiveness, teamwork
- Work in a simulated Agile environment during internal internship
- Develop software and explore IT roles
- Receive coaching and feedback after placement
What you bring
- Refugee background with Dutch residence permit
- English B2 minimum
- IT affinity or experience
- HBO or WO education (bachelor equivalent)
- Full-time availability for 27 weeks
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Nice to have
- 5+ years IT or data analyst experience in large organizations
- Dutch B2 proficiency
- Dutch driver's license
