About the job

De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek is looking for a senior legal adviser to support its lawyers on employment, pensions and remuneration matters. You will act as a sparring partner, contribute to business development and help drive innovation in legal service delivery.

What you will do

Act as sparring partner to lawyers on employment law, pensions and remuneration matters
Contribute to business development activities, including pitches and client events
Maintain knowledge base of precedents, draft memoranda and develop templates
Stay current with developments in employment, pensions and remuneration law
Drive innovation and share best practices among legal advisers
Leverage AI and legal technology tools to improve service delivery

What you bring

At least 5 years of relevant experience as a lawyer or counsel
Focus on employment law, pensions and/or remuneration
Experience in a larger law firm
Broad and up-to-date knowledge of Dutch employment law, pensions law and/or remuneration regulation
Motivated to contribute to business development and client relationship management
Excellent command of English and working knowledge of Dutch
