Creative Fabrica is looking for a Lifecycle Email Manager to own the full lifecycle strategy across activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and reactivation. In this hybrid role based in Amsterdam, you will build automated journeys, create behavioral triggers, and run A/B tests to drive user engagement.

What you will do

Own lifecycle strategy across activation, conversion, engagement, retention, reactivation
Build and improve automated lifecycle journeys based on user behavior
Create behavioral triggers around key user actions
Develop retention, re-engagement, and win-back flows
Segment users by behavior, interests, subscription status, engagement
Write conversion-oriented email copy and run A/B tests

What you bring

2+ years in lifecycle, CRM, email marketing, or retention role
Experience with email/CRM platforms like Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot
Strong grasp of segmentation, triggers, user journeys, lifecycle stages
Conversion-oriented copywriting and excellent English
Experience running A/B tests and working with data
End-to-end ownership of campaigns from analysis to evaluation

Nice to have

Lifecycle marketing for consumer subscription or freemium product with large user base
Advanced behavioral segmentation or AI-driven personalization
SQL or independent customer data querying, experiment design
Experience with push notifications, in-app messaging, or building lifecycle programs from early stage
