What you will do

Lead and perform consulting missions at clients
Follow up and steer consulting work of other consultants
Develop market share in Banking in Belgium
Support business development in the Netherlands
Prospect, write proposals, and manage client relationships
Coach consultants and steer teams in Banking & Insurance

What you bring

Master's degree from a first class university
Fundamental insight in the Banking market
5 to 10 years of consulting experience in Banking
Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial person with business development skills
Ability to monitor market trends and trigger actions
Bilingual Dutch and English
