About the job
As a waiter or waitress at MOMO, you will be part of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP, a dynamic hospitality organization in Amsterdam. You will ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling any issues that arise.
What you will do
- Take food and drink orders and enter them into the till system
- Provide high-quality guest service and answer questions
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate allergies to ensure a safe dining experience
- Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and clean and set tables
What you bring
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with other staff members
- Fluent in English
- Living in Amsterdam or nearby
