EVERIENCE is looking for a District Heating Operations Supervisor to coordinate maintenance and supervise on-site activities in Amsterdam. The role involves preparing work, monitoring safety, and liaising with various stakeholders to keep district heating systems running smoothly.

What you will do

  • Preparing and coordinating planned and unplanned maintenance activities
  • Supervising work carried out by contractors and technical technicians
  • Ensuring work is performed according to technical guidelines and quality standards
  • Monitoring safety during on-site activities
  • Coordinating with contractors, technicians, residents, customers, municipalities and other stakeholders
  • Supporting the analysis and resolution of faults affecting pipelines and installations

What you bring

  • Completed technical MBO level 3 or 4 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in installation technology, heating, energy, infrastructure or technical operations and maintenance
  • Experience as a work planner, technician, site supervisor, operations supervisor, technical coordinator or similar
  • Valid driving licence (Category B)
  • Practical and independent approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

Nice to have

  • VCA-VOL certification
  • VEWA AVP/WV certification
  • NEN 3140 certification
