Creative Fabrica is looking for a Partnerships Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. You will own the full partnerships pipeline and build relationships across the AI ecosystem.

What you will do

Own the partnerships pipeline from identification to launch
Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners
Build relationships across the AI ecosystem
Develop creative partnership concepts
Negotiate and close commercial agreements
Drive internal execution with product and engineering teams

What you bring

2+ years in partnerships or business development
End-to-end deal experience
Commercial sharpness to evaluate opportunities
Strong written and spoken English
Tech and AI fluency
Extreme proactivity and high organization

Nice to have

Existing AI ecosystem network
Integration deal experience
Co-marketing and distribution experience
Startup pace experience
