People Operations Specialist
About the job
PassiveLogic is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will support the team by coordinating events, travel, and office logistics while helping maintain internal processes.
What you will do
- Plan and execute team events, celebrations, volunteering days, and off-sites
- Support internal engagement initiatives
- Support payroll administration, including payslips, holidays, reimbursements, and tax ruling
- Coordinate travel and trip logistics for the team
- Maintain and update internal PeopleOps documentation and processes
- Manage office supplies, snacks, equipment, and mail
What you bring
- 2 years experience in HR, PeopleOps, or Admin roles
- Exceptional communication skills
- Organized and strategic, skilled in planning and managing people
- Proficient in Office Package, Excel, Numbers, Box, MacOS
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to have
- Dutch language skills
- Previous experience in recruiting
- Interest in people, psychology, and human behavior
- An eye for details
