About the job

Creative Clicks B.V. is looking for a creative designer to craft high-performing ads for paid social campaigns. You will design mobile-first static ads, produce motion graphics and short-form videos, and use AI tools to scale output.

What you will do

  • Design mobile-first static ads and layout variations
  • Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, 2D animation, and product demos
  • Edit raw creator footage into fast-paced short-form video
  • Ensure assets meet platform safe zones and best practices
  • Develop new visual hooks and variations based on performance data
  • Use generative AI tools to increase weekly output

What you bring

  • Portfolio of live paid social ads including statics, motion graphics, and UGC
  • Knowledge of mobile-first designs for paid social
  • Proficiency in Figma or Canva, plus Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or CapCut Pro
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Veo, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, or Captions
  • Ability to turn raw creator footage into polished ads with multiple variations
  • Collaborative and responsive to data-driven feedback

Nice to have

  • Experience in growth or performance marketing teams or agency ad operations
  • Familiarity with metrics like CTR, hook rate, and hold rate
  • Background in D2C, health tech, or healthcare with strict ad rules
  • Degree in graphic design, motion design, or digital media
