About the job

Airapps is looking for a Product Designer to join their team in Amsterdam. You will take ownership of the entire design process, from concept to final visual design, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers.

What you will do

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
Own the entire design process from concept to final visual design
Work with Product Managers and Engineers on strategy and feasibility
Refine designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics
Advocate for UX best practices and mentor less experienced designers

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
3+ years experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
Familiarity with iOS and Android design patterns and responsive web design
Experience with user research and usability testing
