What you will do

Opstellen en superviseren van behandelplannen
Voorschrijven en monitoren van medicatie
Samenwerken met multidisciplinair team
Consultatie en advies geven aan teamleden
Deelnemen aan teamoverleggen en behandelplanbesprekingen
Tijdelijk zorg dragen voor toegewezen cliënten
