Join Sia as a Strategy & Transformation Consultant in Retail & Consumer Goods, based in Amsterdam. You will tackle strategic challenges for leading clients, from brand positioning to go-to-market models, while working in agile, multidisciplinary teams with direct exposure to C-level management.

What you will do

  • Work on strategic challenges like brand positioning and go-to-market models
  • Support transformation programs in omnichannel, pricing, and category development
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for actionable insights
  • Contribute to project framing, client interviews, and co-creation of recommendations
  • Operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams with exposure to C-level management

What you bring

  • Around 2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic role in retail or consumer goods
  • Strong analytical skills and prioritization sense
  • Strong interest in data and AI topics
  • Fast learner who thrives on diverse challenges
  • Able to switch between strategic vision and operational detail
  • Fluent in French or Dutch and English

Nice to have

  • Good understanding of retail/consumer goods ecosystem
