About the job
As an RMA Associate at Danaher, you will manage the entire return process for products, ensuring compliance with strict quality and regulatory standards. You will be a key part of the operations team in Amsterdam, handling everything from decontamination to transaction processing.
What you will do
- Receive, decontaminate, triage, and transact returned products
- Handle quarantine and recall processes per FDA procedures
- Process return transactions in multiple ERP databases
- Check warranty status and verify purchase orders for out-of-warranty items
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts
- Prioritize high-volume weekly receipts
What you bring
- 2+ years in reverse logistics, warehouse, materials, or manufacturing with serial/lot-controlled product
- ERP/WMS experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor)
- Familiarity with decontamination SOPs, ESD handling, quarantine/recall practices
- Accuracy in data entry and documentation; basic Excel/Sheets skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 18-22 kg and stand/walk for extended periods
Nice to have
- Medical-device or regulated hardware experience
- Hands-on with SAP/Oracle modules for returns/repairs; exposure to QMS tools
- Familiarity with export/shipping documents and carrier portals
- Financial literacy beyond basics (AR/AP flows for RMAs)
