About the job
GreenFlux is looking for a Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will facilitate and improve Scrum events while coaching team members in agile principles and self-organization.
What you will do
- Facilitate and improve Scrum events at product and team level
- Coach team members in agile principles and self-organization
- Support continuous improvement of product development
- Foster collaboration and transparency
- Work with Product Owner and Heads of Engineering on backlog and value
- Define and track metrics with the Product team
What you bring
- At least 3 years of Scrum Master experience
- Strong understanding of Scrum and agile principles
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with agile tools like Azure DevOps, Notion, Miro
Nice to have
- Knowledge of or experience with Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
- Software engineering background
