Catawiki is looking for a Security Tech Lead Manager to lead and develop its security team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will own the security engineering roadmap, stay hands-on with controls and automation, and partner with product and platform engineering on design.

What you will do

Manage and develop the security team
Own the security engineering roadmap
Stay hands-on with security controls and automation
Partner with Product and Platform Engineering on design
Improve vulnerability management
Improve security checks in CI/CD and infrastructure as code

What you bring

Substantial hands-on security engineering experience in software or cloud
Previous experience managing engineers as direct reports
Owned a security roadmap or programme
Strong knowledge of application and cloud security
Experienced in threat modelling, secure code reviews, vulnerability prioritisation, incident response
Able to develop or automate in Ruby, Python, Go or similar language

Nice to have

Experience with Google Cloud, Kubernetes and Terraform
Experience in marketplace, e-commerce or software product business
Experience securing AI-enabled applications or using AI for security engineering
