As a Senior Consultant Energy System Planning at Sia, you will play a key role in shaping the future of energy infrastructure. Based in Amsterdam, you will contribute to grid planning decisions and manage stakeholder relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Contribute to grid planning decisions
Manage stakeholders and business analysis
Manage projects and optimize energy systems
Analyze data and report findings
Support team development and knowledge sharing

What you bring

Educational background in energy systems or sustainable energy
At least 4 years relevant work experience or PhD
Understanding of long-term scenarios in energy policy
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Knowledge of DSO and TSO operations
Professional Dutch and English language skills

Nice to have

Consulting experience with a grid operator
Familiarity with integrated energy system planning
Fluency in German
