Sia is looking for a Senior Consultant in Operational Excellence to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will help clients improve their business processes and drive performance. You will also take on coaching responsibilities and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm.

What you will do

Identify work processes and propose improvements
Implement solutions with clients
Manage clients in change and coach performance improvement
Take up team leadership roles coaching new hires and juniors
Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange

What you bring

Master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering or similar
3-6 years relevant working experience or PhD
Analytical mind with ability to synthesize
Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial
Strong interest in data and AI topics
English and Dutch communication and presentation skills
