About the job

As a Senior Consultant at Sia, you will drive transformation projects in the transport, manufacturing, and retail sectors. You will take on team leadership and contribute to knowledge sharing through workshops and publications.

What you will do

Execute transformation projects including data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshops, process mapping, and functional specifications
Take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors
Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars

What you bring

Completed Master's Degree
At least 4 years of experience as a consultant in transport
English and Dutch speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interest in transport, manufacturing, or retail sector
Able to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems
Entrepreneurial mindset
