About the job

DEPT® is looking for a Senior Paid Search Consultant to join its Amsterdam team. You will guide team members, leverage AI and automation, and drive innovation in paid search campaigns for diverse clients.

What you will do

  • Identify client challenges and guide team members toward solutions
  • Use automation and data, including AI, to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor campaigns, analyze data, and report to clients
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies
  • Drive innovation in the Paid Search team with new approaches
  • Deliver presentations and communicate complex concepts in sales and client workshops

What you bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in paid search and shopping campaigns, preferably at a digital agency
  • Self-confident, competent, and empathetic demeanor to convince colleagues and clients
  • Strong knowledge of paid search platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data for campaign optimization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for complex ideas

Nice to have

  • Experience in mentoring or guiding coworkers or a team of digital specialists
  • Dutch language proficiency
