Senior Product Owner

About the job

Attendi is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join their team in Amsterdam. You will take ownership of the development backlog and guide the team through agile delivery. This role is hybrid, offering flexibility between remote and office work.

What you will do

• Translate roadmap items into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria
• Own and maintain the development backlog in Jira
• Set up and guard Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
• Lead refinement and sprint planning with dev team leads
• Propose cycle and sprint goals based on capacity and dependencies
• Accept delivered work and prepare rollouts and release notes

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in software product teams
• Strong command of Scrum and agile delivery
• Technical enough to discuss solutions with engineers
• Customer-centric backlog management
• Experience with Jira
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Background in software engineering
• Experience with AI products
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environment
• Experience with integrations and external partners
• Speaks Dutch
