Sia is looking for a Senior Retail & E-commerce Consultant to help clients define digital strategies and design customer experiences. This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam and involves implementing digital innovations across marketing, sales, and service.

What you will do

Define digital strategies for clients
Design customer experiences and journeys
Design digital business and operating models
Implement digital and mobile innovations for marketing, sales, and service
Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars

What you bring

Master degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics or similar
3 to 5 years experience in a consultancy firm
Background in Strategy, Digital, Marketing, Customer experience, Customer Analytics
Outstanding team player and good communication skills
Analytical mind, able to synthesize conclusions
Language skills: Dutch and English

Nice to have

Experience with digital analytical and management solutions like Adobe, Google ad manager, programmatic advertising
Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad
