About the job
Metyis AG is looking for a Strategy and Execution Associate to lead workstreams on client projects in Amsterdam. You will develop strategies, change management plans, and business cases while conducting analyses and guiding junior team members.
What you will do
- Lead key workstreams of client projects
- Develop strategy, change management plans, and business cases
- Conduct analyses to define client needs
- Perform research to obtain relevant data
- Formulate research hypotheses and analyze data
- Guide junior colleagues in problem-solving and consulting practices
What you bring
- 2-4 years of consulting or relevant industry experience
- Strong management and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and high conceptual thinking
- Fluency in Dutch and English
