- Manage client interactions and build relationships
- Supervise projects to develop strategy and drive change
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Oversee formulation of data-enabled hypotheses and analyses
- Support personal development of team members
- Participate in internal initiatives and companywide capability
What you bring
- More than 10 years of consulting experience
- At least 5 years at project lead level
- Strong management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client engagements and relationships
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
- Fluency in Dutch and English
