Brunswick is looking for a Supply Planner to join their EMEA team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will develop and execute supply and replenishment plans across the region, managing the full purchase-order lifecycle with suppliers and intercompany hubs.

What you will do

Develop and execute EMEA supply, replenishment, and purchase-order plans
Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle with suppliers and intercompany hubs
Review open order books and identify supply risks
Optimize global inventory positioning for EMEA-owned products
Coordinate inbound supply with logistics teams
Support NPI, EOL, and product-lifecycle planning

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in supply planning or related function
Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory, purchasing, supplier management, and logistics
Experience with ERP and supply-planning systems, strong Excel and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Experience with o9, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable platforms
Experience in high-value electronics, marine, technology or similar environment
Experience in global or matrix organization
Experience improving supply-planning processes or KPIs
