Sia is looking for a Transformation Management (Associate) Manager to lead complex change initiatives in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will guide clients through strategic transformations from start to finish.

What you will do

Lead and manage complex transformation projects from scoping to benefits realisation
Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
Design stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
Build and coach client-side change agent networks
Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables
Mentor and develop junior consultants

What you bring

1-5 years professional experience with at least 3 years in management consulting or in-house transformation
Track record delivering change management in complex multi-stakeholder environments
Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset management)
Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Fluency in English
Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU citizens or valid work authorisation)

Nice to have

Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, APMG Change Management)
Dutch language skills
