Sia is seeking a Transformation Management (Senior) Consultant to lead and manage transformation projects for clients in Amsterdam. This role focuses on driving change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and coaching client-side networks in complex environments.

What you will do

Lead and manage transformation projects from scoping to execution
Develop change strategies and governance frameworks
Design stakeholder engagement and readiness evaluations
Build and coach client-side change agent networks
Manage project workstreams, timelines, and budgets
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge assets

What you bring

5-10 years professional experience with at least 3 in management consulting or in-house transformation
Track record in change management in complex environments
Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset management)
Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Fluency in English
Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU citizens or valid work authorisation)

Nice to have

Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, APMG Change Management)
Dutch language skills
