Noblesse Recruitment is seeking a Sr. Financial Controller to manage finance administration and reporting for entities in the Netherlands and Germany. This hybrid role in Breda offers the chance to help build and shape a growing distribution center in a dynamic, international environment.

What you will do

Manage day-to-day finance administration and accounting for Netherlands and Germany entities
Support monthly close process and deliver timely, accurate reporting
Process general ledger entries, bank transactions, reconciliations
Handle intercompany transactions and monthly balancing
Ensure transactions are properly authorized and compliant
Collaborate with local and international teams to improve processes

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
Five or more years of relevant finance experience in the Netherlands preferred
Fluency in Dutch and English required
Valid work permit for the Netherlands required
Experience with ERP and accounting software required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel required

Nice to have

Familiarity with orthopedic, medical device, healthcare, or distribution environment
German language skills at functional business level
Exposure to supply chain, purchasing, and inventory systems
Interest in digital tools, automation, and reporting improvements
