- Generate new business by expanding broker network and attending events
- Collaborate with distribution, territory managers, and other underwriters for cross-selling

- 2-3 years of insurance experience with interest in Marine
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship building skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
