About the job

PWR PACK INTERNATIONAL B.V. is looking for a Sales Administrator to support the commercial team in De Klomp. You will handle customer quotations, coordinate test samples, and manage CRM updates to ensure smooth sales operations.

What you will do

Preparing customer quotations
Organizing and coordinating customer test samples and reports
Assisting with trade show organization and sales travel
Managing and updating the CRM system
Ensuring correct distribution and review of customer contracts and specifications
Preparing for sales meetings

What you bring

Team player mentality
Minimum 2 years experience in quoting technical machines and systems
Education in technical business administration or comparable work experience
Commercial mindset, driven, proactive, detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Office 365, CRM (preferably ZEN), or ERP systems
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
