About the job

As a Visual Merchandiser at IKEA Delft Store, you will plan and implement range presentation solutions based on local market knowledge. You ensure quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost consciousness in range presentation while contributing to the department action plan for business growth and profitability. This role is part of Inter IKEA Group.

What you will do

  • Plan and implement range presentation solutions based on local market knowledge
  • Ensure quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost consciousness in range presentation
  • Contribute to department action plan for business growth and profitability
  • Keep knowledge up to date on home furnishing, retailing and trends
  • Contribute to implementation of the commercial calendar

What you bring

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years proven work experience in a similar role
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good communicator, able to share knowledge individually and in groups
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Revit is a must

Nice to have

  • Design-based educational qualification
  • Relevant background in a design-oriented role
  • Passion for home furnishing and people's everyday life at home
  • Desire to eventually develop into a leader or manager position
