EVERIENCE is looking for an IRM Risk and Controls Manager to join their team in Den Haag. In this role, you will work within established strategies and policies while operating independently on complex assignments. You will engage regularly with senior business stakeholders to contribute to Risk and Controls Management activities.

What you bring

• Relevant experience in Risk Management, Controls Management, Governance, Compliance, Audit, or related field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in complex organizational environments
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills
• Experience in oil and gas industry
