About the job

Robin Radar is looking for a Marketing Events Planner to lead the execution of events in an international environment. Based in Den Haag, this role involves managing everything from logistics to on-site coordination while supporting the wider marketing team.

What you will do

Lead end-to-end execution of local and international events
Handle event logistics, financial transactions, on-site management, and post-event cleanup
Support creation of event strategies, playbooks, budgets, and staffing
Develop offline promotional materials and event merchandise
Manage relationships with partner agencies and external branding agencies
Assist wider marketing team on branding, social media, and video projects

What you bring

BA or MSc degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in event execution, ideally in an international environment
Knowledge of event management, agency coordination, and brand activation
Hands-on experience in project management and event budgets
Fluency in spoken and written English
Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
